Returns & Exchanges

Online Return

We offer a 30-day return policy on all of our products to ensure that you ordered the right product for you. This means that you have 30 days to initiate a return, starting from the date that you received your order.

  • We can only accept returns for items purchased from Alpine Start Outfitters.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition (tagged, unused, unwashed, free of pet hair) that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We will issue a refund to your original method of payment once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our team. However, Alpine Start Outfitters reserves the right to limit / deny returns and there may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Please note: any shipping fees associated with your original order are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the same as the original shipping fee paid to send the item to you. If your order included any additional surcharges (e.g., for oversized or overweight items), these will also apply to the return and be deducted from your refund total.

Orders exceeding the 30 day window, hydration items, next to skin items, or items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for a return or exchange.

If you wish to do a return on a product bought at our online store, please fill our the return form and follow the steps below.

Start a return

1. Simply fill out the return form by clicking the link above.
2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label within 1-2 business days
3. Attach the printed label to the parcel being returned. Cover the initial label with the return label to minimize confusion for the carrier.
4. Drop it off at your local Canada Post.
5. After we have received the productback, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Online Exchange

You love the product? YAY! It doesn't fit? NAY! Don't worry!

We only offer reimbursement for products purchase online, not exchanges. This is because it is quicker and easier to consider each transaction separately; this way you don't need to wait until your refund is complete to order the correct product. What we suggest is that you simply follow the steps in our "ONLINE RETURN" section and then place a new order with the size/colour you want.

Example: If you wish to return a shoe in size 9 because it is a little tight, you should follow these steps to do so; 1. Return the shoe in size 9. You will then be refunded once the process is complete. 2. Order the shoe in size 10, which will be delivered via the usual shipping process.

Returning Items Purchased on Sale

For items 50%+ discount: Final Sale (no returns, no exchange)

For items less than 50% discount: Returns/exchange within 30 days

Many of the items sold at Alpine Start Outfitters come with a manufacturer’s product warranty. For additional information on the warranty for a specific product, or if you would like to start a warranty claim, please send us an email via the link below.
